Permakote bonding agent
CL Industries PermaKote is a one-part, polymer-modified cement coating that acts as both bonding agent and scratch coat, linking prepared substrates to new plaster. It reduces the need for sandblasting and stripping and gives even hydration for a better cure.
Available in white or grey, in 36.4kg bags covering 23 to 27m² each.
