SSL Distributors Limited - Terms & Conditions
- A 50% non-refundable deposit required for all confirmed
orders for indented items. The balance will be invoiced within two weeks of arrival into SSL Distributors Limited warehouse. - Please note: Indented items are not returnable.
- A holding fee of 2% per month is applicable 2 weeks after landing in our store if the balance of the account is not paid in full.
- A restocking fee of 20% applies to return goods, no returns after 30 days of invoice.
- All goods returned for credit must be in AS NEW resalable condition (i.e. clean bags and/or cartons.), returned within 30 days of initial invoice, subject to written approval from SSL Distributors Ltd, with a maximum limit of 25% of total purchased goods.
- Returns will not be accepted if packaging is dirty, ripped or has been stained by water etc.
